Discovering New Horizon in Ayurveda with Clinical Research
Two-Day Workshop on Advanced Learning of Research Practices.
With the blessings of Swami Baba Ramdev Ji and Acharya Balkrishna Ji, the first inaugural Clinical Research workshop was held from 20th October, 2023 till 21st October, 2023 at the auditorium of Patanjali Research Foundation, Haridwar, India.
The conference started off with inaugural address by Param Pujya Swami Parmath Dev Ji. And we were honoured to have Prof. (Dr. ) Y.K. Gupta, President AIIMS Bhopal and AIIMS Jammu, India as the Chairperson of this workshop.
The key areas covered in these two days were:
- Understanding Fundamental and Ethical considerations in Clinical Research.
- Insights of Regulatory demands.
- Exploring cutting-edge clinical research methodologies.
- Networking and esteemed professionals in the field.
It was truly a journey not to be missed with eminent and distinguished speakers from all over India providing their knowledge and expertise from the world of Clinical research. A new horizon in ayurveda and clinical research was discovered and explored intensively in this workshop via talks, forum and discussions between the experts and the audiences who were mainly made-up of M.D./M.S.(Ayurveda) students.
A panel of discussion was held on Day 2 of the workshop where both distinguished speakers and members of the audience get into a very engaging and insightful discussion about ayurveda, clinical research and the future.
We started the workshop with an OM, a tradition at Patanjali and we ended the workshop with a National anthem of India/Bharat being sung by everyone in the auditorium.
It was truly a workshop that brought everyone from ayurveda and clinical research together and we are seeing a new horizon and indeed a promising future ahead.
