A. Job Profile for Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager (For Execution and supervision of civil works)

We are looking for a highly capable senior civil engineer/ project manager (Planning, Supervision and Execution of multistory infrastructure) to manage our construction projects. You will be conducting land surveys, allocation resources, supervising multidisciplinary construction work and inspection of completed projects. The senior engineer (civil) will overall responsible for completion construction project, ensuring timely completion, adhering to budget, quality standards and safety protocols. The role involves end-to- end project management from planning and execution as per design, drawing and standards specification (IS code, CPWD, PWD specification) to execution for the completion of the project final. Also to fulfill the objective of stake holder satisfaction and liaising same.

B. Job Profile for Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager (For Maintenance of civil works)

We are looking for a highly capable senior civil engineer/ project manager (All type maintenance of civil structures) to manage a preventing as well as long time need of civil structure to maintain properly for constructed projects.

You will responsible for making complete planning of maintenance periodically as per requirement of the structure as well as client. The role involves maintenance activity related to constructed civil infrastructures like single / multistory building, road work electrical and mechanical works of building, street lights, genset etc.The maintenance should be trouble free and full satisfactory of stake holder with liaising. Preparation of budget requirement for monthly / annual maintenance of such structure.

Qualification & Experience:

• (a) Graduate Degrees in Civil Engineering / with more than 20 years of experience (For Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager – For Execution and supervision of civil works).
• (b) Graduate Degrees in Civil Engineering / with more than 15 years of experience. (for Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager – For maintenance of all civil infrastructure works as mentioned. Preferred if having experience in both field i.e. construction and maintenance also.
• Proven track record of success in managing, planning, , executing and supervising construction projects and maintenance for public and private sectors, including mixed used, residential, commercial sites, hospitality and industrial structures.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality management systems, project management tools, cost estimation and quantity surveying.
• Understanding of contract laws, claims and dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Flexible working hours. A complete knowledge of quality / specification of building materials / construction activities for execution and maintenance of all civil infrastructures works with safety protocol and also for electrical mechanical works required in infrastructure works.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Plan, manage and organize overall activities in centralized organization. Instrumental in pre and post contracts works, floating the tenders, reviewing the tenderers clarification, responding as needed, tender technical and commercial evaluation, technical and commercial negotiations awarding the contractsin line with client requirements and initial the project kick off's.
• Instrumental in post - contracts works, reviewing the project management plan, managing stakeholders, baseline programme verses construction progress, managing SPI, CPI & KPI.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and to execution and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including tendering, technical and commercial evaluations, contract negotiations and claims management.
• Monitor construction sites to ensure safety, compliance and quality control, addressing any issues promptly to maintain progress and standards.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies and optimize resource allocation to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Prepare and present progress reports, analyze performance metrics (SPI, CPI, KPI) and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Ensure efficient allocation, utilization, and maintenance of construction equipment to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.
• Oversee logistics and supply chain management to streamline material and equipment delivery, ensuring project timelines are met without cost overruns.
