Patanjali Organic Research Institute (Pvt.) Ltd. (PORI) is a mission-driven initiative focused on organic farming, aiming to uplift rural farmers and promote healthier urban lifestyles. Specializing in biological products for agriculture, PORI offers innovative solutions for soil management, pest control, and plant health through advanced biotechnological research. The institute's eco-friendly products, including organic manure, bio-fertilizers, and bio-pesticides, aim to increase crop yields, reduce pesticide residue, and improve soil health. With a strong focus on research and development, PORI is expanding its operations across India and internationally to revolutionize sustainable farming practices.

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced and proactive Administrator and Sales Leader to manage both administrative operations and enhance sales performance for our organic products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust leadership capabilities, possess a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies, and have a genuine enthusiasm for organic agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Management:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes.
  • Manage office budgets, expenditures, and resources effectively.
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

2. Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and distributors.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, offering training and support to enhance performance.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.

3. Research Collaboration:

  • Partner with the research team to stay informed about product developments and innovations.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits to clients and stakeholders.

4. Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), preferably with a specialization in Sales, Marketing or Operations Management.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Agriculture, Organic Farming, or a related field may be highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the organic or agricultural sector.
  • Strong understanding of administrative functions and office management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales performance.
  • Passionate about organic farming and sustainability.
