Patanjali Herbal Research Division works on documentation, analysis, designing and project executions of different themes in the alignment of aims and scope of Patanjali institutions. Around 150 well trained scientists with different expertise in Botany, Taxonomy, Microbiology, Biotechnology, etc. Work together on several academic research projects related to plant- based medicine, yoga and any such related field towards conducting extensive research for scientific and empirical evidence in support of therapeutic effects of selected areas. Several research and review articles are published in journals of national as well as international repute having a global visibility for Yoga and Ayurveda with supportive and authenticated data. This division aims to develop systematized and validated research work that shall be highly useful for scientists, researchers and industry experts engaged in the work related to research, development and promotion of Yoga and Ayurveda.

Job Profile for Skill Development Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Skill Development Specialist to lead projects focused on the development and implementation of skill development programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curriculum design and modification, project development and ensuring the effective execution of skill enhancement initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Education, Human Resource Development, Social Sciences, Vocational Training, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in skill development, vocational training, project management or curriculum design.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing projects related to skill development or educational programs.
  • Experience in designing, modifying and implementing curriculum for skill development programs or vocational education.
  • Experience working with industry stakeholders, educational institutions or other agencies in the field of skill development.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Lead the development and management of skill development projects, ensuring they align with industry needs and address skill gaps.
  • Design, modify and update curricula to incorporate modern instructional methods and meet national and international standards.
  • Oversee the effective implementation of skill development programs across various platforms, ensuring timely and inclusive delivery.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions, industry leaders and other agencies to foster partnerships for program success.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, using feedback and data to recommend improvements.
  • Provide training and support to facilitators, ensuring they have the necessary resources for effective program delivery.
Additional Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry partners, and other agencies.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and generate insights to improve program design and implementation.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in skill development, vocational training, and adult education methodologies.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies related to curriculum development, e-learning platforms, and program management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing program needs and priorities.
